Set on the very edge of the wildlife reserve this beautiful Villa is a stunningly restored property set in carefully landscaped gardens with generous lawns and flowering and Mediterranean borders. Sculpted into the landscape, the vast infinity pool follows the contours of the hillside and the views on all sides are simply quite breathtaking. Flag-stoned courtyards surround the house and the shady Tuscan stone loggia veranda takes in sunrise and sunset. A former hay barn now offers a superbly appointed garden room for sitting, reading, dining or relaxing or simply even after dinner dancing – on a classical note of course. Restored to its original Tuscan form and beauty, the interiors have been inspired on an Etruscan note. Wonderfully light and airy, furnished with contemporary flair.

The Cottage: A superb sitting/living/dining area which is also suitable for celebrations, receptions, meetings, or yogoa or gym activities. Glass French windows on 3 sides, east and west facing thus guaranteeing superb views and luminosity. The Cottage is heated and air conditioned and with WiFi. Feature fireplace. Guest bathroom. Seats 60 plus comfortably.
