Villa Bocelli orginally was an old tower dating back to the 13th Century and the other part of the building was added in the 17th Century.

The historic listed buildings have been completely restored using the very best of regional materials to create the last word in luxury and comfort.
Villa Bocelli is located within an organic farm estate, set in the picturesque hills of Umbria on the border to Tuscany, and on the edge of the Monte Rufeno national park, the green heart of Italy.

The beautiful furnishing of the Villa and the location itself offer best conditions for a relaxing vacation, creating a unique experience of peace, luxury and comfort in harmony with nature. The beautiful terrace of the Villa and the pool area are destined for unforgettable moments at this peaceful place.

From the Villa you also have easy access to fascinating places including Orvieto, Arrezzo, Assisi, Cetona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Siena and Spoleto as well as the lakes of Bolsena and Trasimeno.
The organic farm is a home to rare breed cows and pigs and a small flock of sheep. It grows its own fruit and vegetables, produces olive oil, wine and even high quality saffron.

The whole area is a food lover’s paradise - Umbria is thehome to the world famous salty Pecorino cheese and crisp dry Orvieto wine. Some of Italy’s finest wine areas are on the doorstep and there are many small family-run vineyards which welcome visitors.


A wide range of activities available allow you to appreciate the natural beauty of the estate and the magnificent views. These include visiting the organic farm, which promotes the breeding and rearing of indigenous breeds of animals, country walks within the estate and beyond, horse riding, and mountain biking.
The Villa has 8 bedrooms laid out over two buildings, separated by a beautiful courtyard and offers place for up to 16 persons.

The main building with the tower:

- Ground floor: dining room, breakfast room, fabulous kitchen and guest cloakroom
- First floor: lounge, music/TV room, bar, snooker room, guest cloakroom
- Second floor: master bedroom and second bedroom, both en-suite. The master bed is a Super King size bed (2m) and the other is a King size bed.
- Third floor: third bedroom, en suite, again with a King size bed.

The second building:
- Ground floor: family/TV room, kitchenette, gym, sauna, guest cloakroom, shower room
- First floor: four en suite bedrooms and sitting/reading area on the landing. One bedroom has a super King size bed (2m), one is King size and the other bedrooms have twin beds which join up comfortably as King size.
- Ground floor apartment: this is completely self-contained with a Super King size bed (2m) in the bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and fully equipped kitchen.
