Villa Castiglione is a rambling old farmhouse which we has been completely restored to a very comfortable standard, Tuscan country style. Once a set of farmers cottages, each living quarter has now been totally converted into a charming country apartment.

The position of the Villa is highly panoramic, and enjoys an elevated hillside position. The view is 360° and takes in a panorama that stretches literally for miles to the neighbouring towns and villages.
The main house has been divided into 6 luxury apartment suites and there is also a dépendance which offers 2 suites. The fittings and finishings are top quality: exposed beamed ceilings, old tuscan terracotta floors, grès and terracotta tiled bathrooms with porcelain and antique wood fittings. It is furnished in an elegant country style, comfortable yet refined with a select number of restored antique pieces, and is fully air conditioned throughout.

Each apartment suite is also fully equipped with its own beautiful full country kitchen and own lounge area which allows for privacy and more personal space.
The splendid, mosaic tiled, infinity pool has its own jacuzzi. The pool solarium is in marble and terracotta. There is also a fully furnished outside loggia (pool veranda) which looks over the pool, where guests may gather to sit and relax or dine.

Although the Villa has been divided into suites to cater just as easily for smaller groups of guests the pool loggia is also fully air conditioned and heated and has been designed as a central lounge and dining area for larger gatherings in all seasons. Each apartment suite is also fully equipped with its own beautiful full country kitchen and own lounge area which allows for privacy and more personal space.
The Villa is particularly appropriate for large familiy, extended family or groups of friends that appreciate a little extra personal space. Everyone can relax in the privacy of their own suite just when they feel like it.

Dépendance: 2 suites total 4 bedrooms sleeps 6 (3 + 3)
Suites offer: bedrooms with ensuite or private bathroom; lounge most with open fire place, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Fully air conditioned.
Pool loggia: full country kitchen, large dining area, bathroom, fully air conditioned and heated.
Pool + hydromassage: mosaic tiled infinity pool with hydromassage. Roman steps lead down into pool. Depth 1.5m. Marble and terracotta paved solarium. Beautiful teak pool and garden furniture.
The pool and garden are all lit at night.

The suites are all 2 bedroomed and can sleep from 2-4 guests. In total the Villa offers 16 bedrooms - 8 doubles, 4 twins and 4 singles and 15 bathrooms all with shower. Each suite has its own full kitchen(hob, oven, dishwasher)/dining area and lounge with open fire place. The main house sleeps 20/22 guests and the dépendance sleeps 6 guests.The beautiful loggia serves as a central area for guests to gather together. It offers a spacious dining area, large country kitchen area, vast open fireplace, barbecue and roasting spit and private bathroom. The garden is vast. Around the house are winding terracotta walkways, lawns and mediterranean shrubs and bushes. The garden is lit at night.
Furnishings and Finishings Interiors: All suites are decorated and furnished with their own individual colour schemes and all have excellent views.
