Villa Diana is an aristocratic residence dating back to the fifteenth century with  panoramic views from its hilltop position and makes part of large estate including a farm and 250 hectares of hunting reserve.

The sorrounding countryside and the vineyards are the best natural frame for this beautiful property.The villa is surrounded by an  Italian-style garden where there is  an irregular  special shaped  swimming pool.The inside decoration of  the villa is full of  valuable antique furniture, carpets  and splendid panelled ceilings.

In one of the property s annexes, named Sale d Africa , which can be used by the guests, there is a billiard room and charming lounges furnished with ethnic-style furniture and many hunting trophies. It is possible to rent  the villa for a number of 14 persons, not using the second floor.

900 m2 -  At the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace, 2 lounges, dining room,  kitchen fully equipped with wood burning oven, american coffee maker, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwarsher, oven, 2 bathrooms with shower.

At the first floor there is a central sitting room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, 2 twin bedded rooms both with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom from where, by means of a spiral staircase, you enter 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower.

In case of  renting  the villa for 16 persons at 2°intermediate floor there is a further double bedroom with bathroom with shower.In case of renting the villa for 22 persons always at 2° floor there are 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a small living room with satellite tv, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

As an annex bvuilding, which is not directly connected with the villa, there a the so called Africa rooms: 2 living rooms , fireplace and billiardroom.Outside there is the garden and an equipped outdoor areas, irregular-shaped swimming pool (18x8), car parking.

The prices of the house for 15-16 Persons are the following:

The prices of the house for 17-22 persons are the following:

The price includes : House linen  and bath towels (weekly change on Saturday), garden and pool maintenance, water, electricity , 5 hours of cleaning during the week (on Wednesday), welcome aperitif, final cleaning.

Extras: Central heating according the consumption.
A refundable deposit of € 1000 is required upon arrival
