Villa Ghirlandaio is a charming medieval hamlet set in one of the most idyllic Tuscan scenery, surrounded by gently rolling, green hills and vineyards.

The villa in authentic Chianti style is linear, luminous, almost a sculpture: built on three levels, following the natural slope of the land, it plays on the just position of horizontal and vertical lines: geometric space that interacts with the landscape through spacious glass windows.

The sunny living room with typical fireplace, the spacious kitchen, the bedrooms with a total privacy, the pool and the terraces, all appear one of a whole, and together blend with the most authentic "nature" that reflects the Chianti landscape.

The Villa is furnished with architectural elements in traditional Sienese style such as: stone-facing, exposed beams; floors and ceiling in terra cotta and top quality furnishings, totally air- conditioned.

The Villa is about 240 m, with a large terraces(400 m), balconies and an endless garden more than 3.000 m, wide.

Technical Description:

At ground floor there are a sunny living room with open fireplace, a dining room with 10 seats, kitchen all equipped with dishwasher, american coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven,toaster, a double bedroom with double bed, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds , 2 bathrooms with shower.

On first floor there are a double bedroom with double bed with direct access by three door-windows to a panoramic terrace of 12o sq.metr,. a bathroom with shower.

On second floor there are a double bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with hydromassage JACUZZI tub.

The villa can be rented as a whole fully equipped ; the garden, the heated pool and the sauna are reserved exclusively to the guests staying at the villa. In addition by the main Farm at only 200 meters away more services will be available as restaurant, fishing lake and tennis court.
