This beautiful luxury retreat has been recently restored by the owner and is one of the view places close to sea at the Tuscan coast, where taste for the beautiful meets a private welcoming atmosphere and seaview.

With the astonished view from the hill overlooking the Gulf in front the Elba Island, the villa represents the ideal place to rest, think and enjoy the discovering of the Maremma Toscana. From here we can reach easily the beach at only 4-6 kilometers, but also explore, within 50 km, the magnificent and wild beaches of The Parco Naturale della Maremma, the cousy Castiglione della Pescaia or wide Gulf of Baratti. Florence, Siena and Pisa can be visited even in one day trip and Rome is at only 200 km.

The Villa in its Tuscan Red dominates the different landscapes from the sea, the medieval village of Scarlino and the smooth hills of the well known Massa Marittima and offers wide bed rooms of which some with private terraces or garden with king size bed, TV LCD 32”, Satellite TV, SKY, Minibar, IPod Reader, hair dryer, safes. The bathrooms, all with bath tub in stone mosaic are wide and original and naturally illuminated with windows.

At the ground floor the spacious living room opens into the important porch from where we can admire incredible sunset over the sea and during windy days even the Corse Island is visible between Elba Island and Piombino. At the same level there is also the spacious kitchen, fully equipped, two bathrooms, a studio and one bedroom with private bathroom.

The suggestive stairs, made of iron and red crystal, led at the first floor where there are other 3 wide bedrooms with private bathrooms and the wardrobe equipped with washing and drying machines. At the second floor two others equivalent bedrooms .

All around a 15 hectares of park grants to the hosts total privacy and peacefulness and give wide spaces to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the place.

For hypersensible persons it has to be mentioned, that at the front of the house behind the trees in the distance a factory can be seen and from a street which remains far below the Villa, some noise can be heard. This may be mentioned for very sensible persons, but should not bother guests to become a testimonal of the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere of this beautiful place, offering wide views, being located within trees and green and managed by the hearty and sincere owner of the place.

In the 2010 the Villa will also have a beautiful pool with seaview. A beautiful place to recommand to everybody, who wants to combine the experience the culture of Tuscany with a relaxing vacation also close to the sea.
