This old farmhouse is part of a large agricultural estate in the hills around Siena, and after a long period of renovation, which has beautifully restored the stone-facing, there was created a country home equipped with all modern comforts.

On the ground floor, with two entrances - both from the courtyard and from the side with the swimming-pool - you will find the sport/relaxation area with a gymnasium equipped with various sports equipment and areas for doing aerobics, a Jacuzzi large enough for six people sitting down, the sauna and turkish bath.

The bedrooms, each of which has its own bath, are both on the ground floor with independent entrances, and on the first floor, where you will find the large living/dining-room with fireplace and piano and the very well-equipped and functional kitchen.

The furnishings have been very carefully thought -out in every detail, while maintaining intact all of the rural feeling of the villa.

On arrangement with reception you can make use of the free food-buying service, of the visit to the wine-cellars on the farm, and of trips in a jeep in the beautiful countryside around the property.

In the area around the Villa a private swimming-pool (6x10m) has been built, and guests may also use a synthetic grass tennis court about 1 km away at the agritourism centre on the same estate. In the old courtyard below the villa they have made an area for dining outside with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. On request they will provide a typical tuscan cooking service. On the farm you can not only buy a very good chianti wine and extra-vergine olive oil, but you can also organize pony-trekking or make use of an agreement to use the hot-springs at Terme di Rapolano. Monte San Savino, an attractive village known for its production of ceramics, is about 10 kms away. Siena, which is visible on a clear day, is 35 kms away, Florence 80 kms.

Ground floor: (relaxation area) sauna, turkish bath, hydromassage tub for six people, equipped gymnasium, showers, 1 WC with washbasin; (with access from the old stone patio) three suites with independent entrances, of which one consisting as follows: living-room, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower and the other two as follows: living-room and a double bedroom both with bathroom with shower.

First Floor (with access from external staircase) large living/dining-room with tuscan fireplace, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, and fridge with freezer, larder, 1 WC with washbasin, 2 twin-bedrooms with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower; one suite with access to the covered terrace consisting of: living-room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Laundry with washing-machine and dryer.
