There are six houses: one Villa with own pool and other five houses and and 3 Suites, which share the second 10x20 metres large pool of the estate.

About Villa Salome:

This luxury Villa Salome is the Villa of the Estate, which has a private 5x11 metres large pool - does not share the second pool of the Fattoria - and is also connected directly with the main building of the estate.

From the square of the ancient village of the Fattoria, a wrought iron gate between two grey stone columns marks the entrance to the private park of the villa.
On the ground floor is the main entrance, a large sitting room with a fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom of travertine from Rapolano.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, each with private bathroom, facing onto the garden.
The antique furniture and family pictures furnish the interior spaces endowing the place with the charm of ancient villas.
The villa, with its own central heating, all modern comforts and a private swimming pool, can be lived in all the year round.
A porch with wooden trusses around the swimming pool gives the place the atmosphere of ancient countryside springs.

About the Estate:

The Fattoria is part of an agricultural estate on the slopes of the Pratomagno, and offers its discriminating and refined clientele the opportunity to experience the best of a vacation in Tuscany at the villas and residences that enliven its ancient village.

The most fascinating areas of the old Fattoria are destined for the entertainment and leisure structures; situated between the apartments and the olive press, the library and theatre represent an opportunity for the guests of the estate to meet, enjoy a cultural life and relax among a wide range of books and magazines, together with the areas for reading, talking, games and shows.

Outdoors, in the stunning scenario of the Pratomagno, among the olive groves and dry stone terraces, a number of paths lead through the wonderful private nature reserve, along the river with its waterfalls, among the chestnut and beech woods. In the areas closer to the Fattoria are a pavilion, on the borders of a small lake, where lunch can be had, or a moonlit dinner.

The beauty of the pool area of the estate is outstanding. The area of the large swimming-pool of the estate (m 10x20) marks the border between the olive grove and the old town square of the farm, in an ideal orographic and morphological condition for the creation of a pool.

The areas around the swimming-pool, planted with olive trees, offer separate private areas of varying relation to the water, sun and nature.

A pavilion with stone columns and wooden beams provides a pleasant spot of shade, reflecting in the water an ancient rural image, that of the wash-tubs, where the women use to go to rinse their clothes and talk amiably.

The sound of the water lapping the sides of the pool mingles with the words of the guests.
