Villa Spontini is a beautiful Villa located in the heart of Tuscany, offering best possibilities for excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and it is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany.
The Villa is located close to Peccioli in the Province of Pisa and within walking distance you find the village where is possible to get and find main services : food shop, bar/patisserie, bank, post office etc.

This is an elegant liberty stile villa built around 1800, carefully restored approximately 10 years ago, maintaining its typical architecture.

The Villa has a surface of 400 square metres , can accommodate up to 11 people and it is divided as following:

At ground floor there are a built in kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher ; a store room; a living room with stone fireplace, sofa, armchairs, sat TV;a large frescoed withdrawing room; a dining room with a large crystal table, library; a bathroom with shower .

A stone and wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor and bedrooms:.

First floor: corridor leading to two double bedrooms with double bed ( the master bedroom has a baldachin bed); another corridor leads to two twin/double bedrooms ( in 3 of these rooms it is possible to add a single bed for children); 1 bathroom with tub; 1 a bathroom with shower.

Outdoors: near the kitchen and living room, reached by a two arched French windows is the garden with a stone floored loggia with table, chairs for al fresco dining, or relax on comfortable sofas, shaded by a hundred years old wisteria .

From a tiled staircase reach the lower garden that leads to the swimming pool overlooking a stunning panorama, the dimensions of the pool are the following: 12x4mt, depth 1.30mt ( suitable for children) with Jacuzzi relax points, sun beds, umbrellas.

The following facilities are available at the Villa but have to be arranged previously and are at extra charge:

The Villa is located in a small Tuscan Village and there are other houses in the direct neighbourhood. From the pool and the garden there is a wide view into the Tuscan Landscape. So the Villa offers a perfect mix for everybody, who wants to pass a vacation only 100 metres distant from the next bar, but at the same time in the Tuscan landscape far from the big cities.
