This property offers the privacy of a private villa with all comforts of a luxury hotel. The villa is situated in the hills not far Montepulciano, in an enchanting area of Tuscany.

In the old, stone farmhouse there are at ground floor a large salon with a fireplace where, in the cold months, you can curl up with a book and a glass of the wonderful, local wine and a kitchen all equipped with main electrical appliances. On first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
In the adjacent building are three more double rooms with ensuite bathrooms with a breathtaking view of Pienza.

While taking breakfast in the charming greenhouse next to the pool, you can enjoy the splendour of sunflowers in bloom or luscious grapes on the vine, depending on the season.

Taking a walk in the woods offers you the opportunity to discover the wild scents of broom in the spring and mushrooms in the fall.

It is not unusual to encounter deer and hare in your wanderings.

The wisteria arbour is a perfect spot for tasting the olive oil and wine produced by the farm, while enjoying spectacular sunsets and the sight of sheep grazing in the fields.

The beatiful swimming poool 14 x7 mt with a wonderful view completed with outside shower, confortable daybeds with upholstered mattress allow you to rest under the "tuscan sun"and relax.
