This beautiful 19th Century Villa is located in the Province of Pisa, not far from Lari and Casciana Terme. The Villa was completely restored, very elegant and cozy. It has a very nice little village nearby, at the top of the hill, looking at the valley. This little village is a typical Tuscan Borgo of the 17th century. Around the house there is a lot of pine and fruit trees. The owners also have a small production of vegetables and fruits on season.

All the rooms are furnished with antique pieces of furniture, the floors are in Tuscan cotto, the ceiling of the rooms have wooden beams. All the walls are in nice coulours or decorated with trompe l’oeil and frescoes.

The Villa is well equipped with washer, dryer, the kitchen has a Microwafe, America coffe machine, there is a telephone in the villa, CD-Player, DVD- Player and 2 Satellite-TVs. Air condition is possible, but has an additional cost.

The Villa is located very central, but also in a typical green tuscan hilly landscape. There is a road about 2-3 km away in the valley. Depending on the weather, some noises can be heard at the Villa. This is only mentioned for hypersensible persons. Principally the Villa is located peacefully and is a perfect place for relaxation very central in Tuscany, not so far from beautiful cities like Pisa, Lucca and also Florence. e

The Villa also has a beautiful outdoor area. At the Pool there is a nice Loggia with fridge and couches. Further more there is a nice Terrace, that can be reached from the garden or using the exit of the first floor from the Villa.

There are various prices, according to the number of persons and the usage of only 1 or 2 floors:

Low season (pool closed) : From October 22 to April 30 Euro 3330 per week for the full house .
NO Ground floor ,Up to 10 pax Max Euro 2660 per week.
Only ground Floor (2 pax ) euro 800 per week.
Medium Season From September 10 to October 22 and from April 30 to June 4th Price Euro 4660 per week for the full house.
No ground floor up to 10 pax MAX Euro 3990 per week
High Season: 4 June to September 10 Price Euro 6390 per week for the full house (12-13 pax)
No ground Floor : 10 People max Euro 3950 per week.
